This unit is located in the same building as a separate office space. The spaces are fully separated with no shared interior access; however, the office has a second floor above this unit. Guests may occasionally hear light footsteps during standard business hours.
The home includes an interior staircase that guests may walk up; however, the stairway ends at a finished wall and does not provide access to an upper level. The upper floor belongs to the separate office space and is fully closed off. The unit remains private and self-contained for guest use.
